Runway Modeling
Runway modeling means spending many hours displaying apparel while walking in front of hundreds of people. It means bringing clothes to life and making others see the sparkle and excitement in a piece of clothing. It is a magic trick that takes a lot of training and practice to master. Of the different kinds of modeling, runway modeling is the most demanding physically because the actual show may require many changes of clothes in a high pressure, fast paced, short amount of time. The model needs to hide all the backstage anxiety and tension from the audience and only show the beauty and essence of the clothes. Some runway models seem to be naturals at it, but every one had to learn what to do and every step and movement is purposeful. To be trained and prepared for runway modeling takes effort and dedication by both the model and her agent. The Kim Brooke Group trains models and represents them in the Seattle area. Our classes and workshops give you the knowledge, practice, and confidence you need for success. We help you improve your runway modeling talents and help find the available jobs you can do.
